Transition Support

01 May 24: TEO access

  • New roles will be added to existing ESL user profiles so that users have the access they need in DXP Ngā Kete
  • Access to STEO, ITR, WS2 and the existing Ngā Kete will continue to be in place as we incrementally transition to DXP Ngā Kete

  • May – Log on instructions issued to users

01 June 24: Commitments

  • MoPs and EPICs provisioned for TEOs in DXP Ngā Kete
  • TEOs:
    • submit 2025 MoPs and EPIC’s in DXP Ngā Kete using either the online webform or CSV upload
    • view and upload Plan Round Documents in DXP Ngā Kete
  • 2024 – Regular communications
  • 17 April - Webinar: data submissions and document sharing
  • May – Webinar: training demonstration and information sharing
  • Jun/Jul – Dedicated transition support team in place, online drop-in question & answer sessions
  • Online resources: ‘How-to’ step by step instructions, step through videos and FAQs

08 Jul 24: Single Data Return (SDR) Pilot

  • The purpose of the pilot is to refine the data submission process with a small group of TEOs so that the full transition for all TEOs is as smooth as possible. 
  • A small number of TEOs complete their August 2024 SDR submission in DXP Ngā Kete.
  • For all other TEOs there is no change – if you are due to submit an August 2024 SDR, continue do this via STEO
  • 2024 – Regular communications

  • Jun – Webinar: training demonstration (end to end)
  • Jul – DXP Ngā Kete open for TEO to do preparation / dummy run SDR data submissions
  • Jul / Aug – Dedicated transition support team in place, MS Chat and online drop-ins for questions & answers
  • Online resources: ‘How-to’ step by step instructions, SDR data specifications, step through videos and FAQs

01 Sept 24: Work-Based (WB) Pilot

  • The purpose of the pilot is to refine the data submission process with a small group of TEOs so that the full transition is as smooth as possible.
  • A limited number of TEOs will begin to use the new integration between their Training Management Systems and DXP Ngā Kete
  • For other TEOs there is no change – continue to use ITR as per current process

01 Oct 24: Other funds Actuals and information products

Submissions of actuals for other funds currently on Workspace2, e.g., Fees Free, ILN, ACE.

Launch of PowerBI (replacing Qlik) for information product

Late 2024 / Early 2025: Work-Based Data full transition

  • Transition of remaining WB TEOs for Integration between DXP and Training Management Systems to replace to ITR.
